"It was as bad as losing the car keys in my vehicle, I had basically closed them in the boot. It was certainly stupid. I was putting the shopping in the boot and slammed it closed whilst not recognising I had put the keys down in it while packing. I phoned you simply because I had heard you are outstanding," is the provide feedback from one of our very pleased clients in The Brand. It is an easy thing to do if you are in a hurry, particularly when you keep the car keys in your hand when opening the boot. Happily we opened the boot and managed to recover the car keys.

I locked our house key inside The Brand:

"I arranged I'd perform a little bit of mid-day garden work," we were told by our ageing customer in The Brand, "consequently I put on my work gloves and walked in to the backyard by means of the back door. I did not really think about forcing it open and, whilst I was outside, a strong breeze must have blown the door closed. Oh dear, I got an enormous scare. I'd left my house keys inside" Happily she had taken her telephone and phoned her husband, who in turn telephoned us.

The customer in The Brand had quite a story to explain "The long weekend break got here with excellent climatic conditions and away we travelled for our hiking vacation, it was a good weekend but however we got home to find out we had mislaid the house keys. Subsequent to thirty minutes of searching the end result was we had lost the house keys. Many thanks to your staff members with regard to the excellent service."

Locked out of the workplace The Brand:

"Our office has a dead-latch locking mechanism together with a code lock that we do not lock, and one of our office staff made a decision to make use of the code lock to shut the door, not knowing we did not have the number. And therefore as soon as all of us showed up at the office the succeeding morning we were locked out.
